Born and raised in Toronto, Monique’s love for and knowledge of style and fashion grew from watching her mother as child. After graduating from the Academy of Art and Technology, Monique decided go on her own path in the fashion world and start her own styling company that she appropriately named ‘Rock Worthy Fashion’. Having a keen eye for great style and a knack for finding an abundance of unique and new pieces (both affordable and high end), she wanted to get her foot in the door and start assisting people in finding their inner “Fashionista”. Tying into that and her appreciation for head to toe beauty, she also offers tips and pointers on good hair and skin care. First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Appreciate it
